2024 Annual Convention & Trade Show

Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront in the heart of downtown will host the 2024 Convention & Trade Show | Creative Pinellas in Largo, FL will host the 53rd Annual Exhibition |
The 2024 Convention & Trade Show will be held at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, FL with a kick-off session Thursday evening at 7pm, and all-day Friday and Saturday - September 20th - September 21st, 2024. In-person workshops include two 4-day workshops with our judges on September 16th - September 19th and two 2-day workshops September 18th - September 19th with FWS award-winning artists prior to Convention. As is our tradition, we will open the 2024 Convention with Stephen Quiller's demonstration at 7pm on September 19th. Stephen is our 2024 Annual Exhibition Judge and Juror. The FWS 53rd Annual Exhibition Reception will be held Friday, September 20th at Creative Pinellas in Largo, Florida. The Gala Awards Dinner is Saturday, September 21st at the Hilton St. Petersburg. Stephen Quiller's Exhibition Review will be held on the afternoon of Saturday, September 21st.

53rd Annual Exhibition August 8th thru October 13th Stephen Quiller Judge & Juror Call for Entry April 10th thru May 4th Renewing/New Members by midnight March 31st to be eligible. Opening Reception Sept 20th Creative Pinellas 12211 Walsingham Road Largo, FL 33778 Call for Entry comes earlier in 2024 for a July 29th Take-in. Members must be current as of midnight 3/31/2024. |
2025 Associate Member Online Show (AMOS)
Call for Entry Feb 1, 2025 Must be renewed through 1/1/2026 to be eligible. Virtual Review by Kim Johnson Nechtman Judge & Juror date/time/link tba This entire Associate Member Online Show will take place in 2025. Dates subject to change. |
2024 Workshop Registration Opens
April 7th for Members, May 1st for Non-Members
Convention registration opens June 1st and closes September 12th
